EXTRAVAGANZER
A new and Exciting Live Competition for teams of THREE people
Each team is required to produce a display cake in a design of their choice to represent the theme
'Seasonal Magic'
The Live Finals will be held on the
27th, 28th & 29th April 2012
at
Cake International,
Excel Centre, London
£1,000.00
Prize for the winning team
· This competition is open to any team of Three Cake Decorators and may comprise of students, teachers, professionals, enthusiasts, clubs and groups including International competitors.
· All entries are by invitation and if you would like to be considered please contact us as soon as possible as we will only be selecting NINE teams.
· Each team will be required to submit a design concept, which must show and include the use of a minimum of 50% Cake.
· Cake Dummies maybe used
· Decorative mediums must be edible
· Non edible decorations and supports maybe used but MUST conform to GOOD PRACTICE and follow UK Health and Safety guidelines
· There are no height or size restrictions

Our school is in the same location as our retail showroom and shop which is approximately a 15 minute walk from Brimsdown Train Station and within easy reach of London's Stanstead, City and Heathrow Airports.
