Pat Trunkfield

P R & Marketing Director


Pat is an International Teacher, Demonstrator and Judge whose cake decorating experience spans 40+ years including teaching City & Guilds, Vocational Courses and Training PME. She is also the Creative Editor for all Knightsbridge PME publications including the PME Professional Diploma Course books.

 

Paula MacLeod

Head of Cake Decorating School

 

Paula has won many gold and silver awards for her work and her passion is for Cake Carving and Sculpting. Her work has been used for promotional adverts, retail packaging and has also featured in many magazine publications including Cake Craft & Decoration magazine.  Paula's has written two books, "Cake Pops" and "Sugar Sporties" both in the Twenty to Make Series published by Search Press. Paula also has demonstrated PME and JEM products on TV Shopping channel Hochanda.

 

 

 

 

 

Pauline Moody

Teacher / Demonstrator


Pauline’s passion for cake decorating first began at the tender age of 11 when she was awarded her first cake decorating book! Since then she has both studied and taught vocational courses at colleges and turned her hobby into a career. Pauline has won numerous gold and silver medals through international competition and is thrilled to join our teaching team to encourage and share her knowledge with others.


Janet Smith

Teacher / Demonstrator


Janet joins our PME team with a love of cake decorating which started when she was just 

eight years old with a birthday cake in the shape of a fairy, remnants of which were kept for many years! Janet has studied city in guilds as a student and her desire to share her skills and passion has led to her teach both accredited and non-accredited courses for many years. Janet has also competed internationally winning gold, silver and bronze awards with her own speciality being wired sugar flowers.

Tony Warren

Freelance Teacher / Demonstrator


Is a highly talented all round cake decorator but is probably best known for his Sugar Flowers. He has co-authored a number of books with Tombi Peck and Alan Dunn and is the author of ''Garden Flowers in Sugar''. Tony is an International teacher and demonstrator whose skills are very much in demand around the world. 

  

Sue McMahon

Freelance Teacher / Demonstrator


Sue first worked for PME about 25 years ago demonstrating the range of products at a large bakery exhibition in Berlin. After that exhibition she then got a full time job as a food journalist, but over the years she has continued to do occasional freelance work with PME, teaching and demonstrating at our schools and representing the company at the Cake International exhibition both demonstrating and judging.  Sue has traveled widely teaching internationally. She has also authored a number of publications for  New Holland, some of her cake designs can be seen in our PME books.
